Its luminous dining room, with view to the centenary park, swimming pool and hot tub and to San Miguel de Allende, will allow you to have your meals with the feeling of being outdoors. Its log chimney will keep you warm during the chilly winter nights. It is located at the Upper Gardens next to the swimming pool. This beautiful stone villa features four bedrooms (one king master suite, two queen junior suites and one double TV-bedroom), a wonderful Puebla Talavera kitchen, dining and breakfast areas, extensive patios and living spaces overlooking fountain, pools and gardens. Amenities

Decorated in a colonial Mexican style, our superb holiday villas have private kitchens. All suites and rooms feature their own bathroom. All construction materials are first class. You will be thrilled with the carved wood details, stained glass, murals, iron work... a world of art is featured in each house.

Telephone and celular phones:

At your arrival to Villas Xichu, you will be provided with a PIN number so you can use any telephone in the property to call locally or long distance at very accesible rates. All houses are interconnected through a switch board. For your convenience, we will gladly provide you with a cell phone if you so desire for a US 100.- deposit. Please let us know in advance. You can buy telephone cards to use at your own discretion.

Computer and Internet:

You can bring your laptop and connect to our wireless internet service almost anywhere in the property, or you can use the hard internet connection available in every villa if you would so prefer. And if you didn't bring your laptop and have to check your email, feel free to do so in our guest's computer. We are pleased to offer you internet and computer sevices completely free of charge.

Services:

Feel pampered with our maid service from Monday to Saturday (service not available on Sundays or on National Holidays). If you should need a cook, we can arrange that at a very discrete extra cost.

All our rental Villas are equipped with complete kitchens (microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, blender) tiled with talavera. And at least one chimney will be found in each one of them (except for La Casa del Garambullo). Of course, all these luxury villas have a color TV, DVD, VCR, and basic cable TV. If you plan a long stay, a special cable channel selection can be arranged for an extra cost.

All vacation Villas are equipped with a security alarm system, just for your peace of mind. As well, a night guard is available six days a week from 6pm to 6am.

Pools and Gardens:

The use of the Lower Gardens Pool and steam bath is available to all villas from 10 am to 7pm. Upper pools and steam bath are for La Casa de la Rosa Rosa private use.

The extensive gardens are perfect for a quiet stroll. Would you like to write a book? Or read one? We are sure that you will find a quiet spot where to do so in our gardens, or in your own private terrace (all villas have own private relaxation areas).

It is also a perfect spot for family reunions or corporate events! All these holiday Villas are connected among them through a switchboard, making it easy to be in contact, regardless of the distance among the villas.

You can get the wedding package renting the garden and dance floor for your happening (+250 persons) for US $2,500. If you rent all the villas for at least five nights, we will pleased to charge you only the garden tear and wear US $700! Or you can simply ask for the honeymoon package.
