ARRIVING FROM MEXICO CITY / QUERETARO CITY / SAN LUIS POTOSÍ CITY:

1.-As you arrive to San Miguel de Allende, you will get to this circle:

2.- Drive through, downtown direction, on "Salida a Queretaro" street. You will
see the PEMEX gas station on your left hand side and a stone arch on your right.
Pass between them. You will see the hotel Refugio del Molino straight forward.

3.- Pass the hotel Refugio del Molino on your right hand side (white and pale
yellow here) and be carefull as you will turn left as you pass this hotel.

4.- Make a left turn on the first street after the hotel: Arenal street, the first to enter Valle
del Maiz, our neighbourhood. If you miss this street, make a left on any of the next two.

5.-Stay on your right and the street will make a right turn. Start going downhill.

6.- As you hit the end of the street you will see the Valle del Maiz Church on your left side
and in front of you, 2 little neighbour stores. Pass in front of them turning slightly
left and then make the forced full right turn. Almost at Villas Xichú!

7.- You are now on Camino a Xichu (also known as Ojo de Agua) street. Continue 300 ft,
and on your right you will see number 9. This is the entance for La Casa de la Rosa Rosa.
If you are going to the other villas, continue straight and make a right at the first street to Entrada de las Flores.

8.- You are home!

Villas Xichu is located in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, on a hill top called Valle del Maiz (which means "the corn valley"). You can walk to the Jardin (downtown- main square) in a matter of 20 minutes, strolling down the Chorro, through the Juarez Park while admiring historical buildings. It is an experience on its own!

If you would like to drive, the cab will take you there in 5-7 minutes for 20 pesos (US$2.00). All taxi drives within San Miguel cost 20 pesos. Two minutes away from Villas Xichu runs Salida a Queretaro, a main street in which you can find plenty of taxis and buses going downtown.

A bus drive is only 3 pesos (US$0.30) per person. Buses will stop at whatever point of the street you need them, since it is not necessary to wait for them in the allocated bus stops. San Miguel de Allende is a very small town (180,000 inhabitants), so that all destinations are within a 15 minute drive.

1.- Vayase a Gigante/GNP.

2.- Bajese rumbo al centro por la Salida a Queretaro (la calle que esta entre la gasolinera a la izquierda, y el arco al Atascadero a la derecha)

3.- Pase el Hotel Refugio del Molino. Este hotel esta casi inmediatamente despues de que haya pasado el arco al Atascadero

4.- A la izquierda esta la primera entrada a Valle del Maiz (en la esquina esta una pared lila con un letrero Antigua Casa Canela); esta calle se llama Arenal. Bajela.

5.- Baje hasta la iglesia de Valle del Maiz.

6.- Sigase derecho pasando la iglesia, y luego una tiendita a su derecha, y no podra mas que dar vuelta a la derecha en 90 grados.

7.- Esa es Camino a Xichu (tambien conocida como Ojo de Agua). Sigase unos 10 segundos sobre su derecha, vera el Numero 9. Es un porton cafe con un arco amarillo y bugambilias en la pared.

Villas Xichu está localizada en San Miguel de allende, Guanajuato, en la cima de una colina, llamada Valle del Maíz. El paseo a pie hasta el Jardin Principal le tomara solamente 20 minutos, pasando por el Chorro y el Parque Juárez mientras admira los antiguos edificios históricos. Es una experiencia única! 

Si usted prefiere que lo lleven, un taxi lo llevará por $15.00 pesos y le tomará de 5 a 7 minutos, por solo 15 pesos. A dos minutos de Villas Xichu se encuentra la avenida Salida a Querétaro, en la cual circulan taxis y autobuses a toda hora (los autobuses terminan su servicio a las 10pm)

El viaje en autobús le costara tan solo 3 pesos por persona; los niños pagan la mitad. Podra tomar el autobús en cualquier punto de la calle; no necesita estar en una “parada”. San Miguel es una ciudad tan pequena (110,000 habitantes) que cualquier destino dentro de ella no le tomara mas de 15 minutos.
